Role Overview
As an Amico Design Architecture architectural technician/technologist, you will be working predominantly on residential projects. The role will be office-based and involve collaborating on a variety of projects and reporting directly to the Architectural Director. There will also be opportunities to progress in your professional career.
Essential Skills
- Be able to work under pressure and work to deadlines
- Be able to answer email and verbal technical queries
- Minimum 2 years experience within a UK based practice
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Highly motivated with great attention to detail
- Experience within the residential and/or commercial sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
Key Duties
- Working on a number of residential projects, including extensions, new builds, conversions and renovations
- Producing detailed construction/planning drawings and reports
- Producing building regulations drawings and specifications
- Producing planning applications
- Liaising with clients directly
Remuneration
- Salary: £22k-£24k (dependent on experience)
- Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
- Pension scheme in place
