Marlon has been privileged to work and collaborate with an exceptional range of designers, engineers, and clients throughout his career as an ARB-qualified and RIBA-certified architect.
Over the course of a 23-year career, he has built a wealth of design experience and industry knowledge, having worked at a senior level for more than 18 years. During this time, Marlon has led teams, managed design studios, overseen client portfolios, and contributed to business development.
His experience spans the full range of RIBA Work Stages 1–6 across a diverse mix of sectors, including Secure Mental Healthcare, Life Sciences, Private and Commercial Residential, Barn Conversions, PG84 (Grand Designs), Leisure Parks, Higher Education, Mixed-Use Commercial developments, as well as Bars and Restaurants.
Marlon also has extensive experience managing complex planning applications, including developments within the Green Belt, Conservation Areas, Heritage Sites, and NFPP PG84 proposals, supported by a comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations.
