After discussing their vision of transforming their home with a huge single-storey extension, they asked our team to help with gaining planning permission and managing the overall build.

Our Solution
Our client’s home already featured a small extension and bay window at the rear; however, they wanted to replace both with one large single-storey extension and then re-landscape their garden. This meant that planning permission was necessary.
We kickstarted this project with a measured survey at our client’s home, allowing us to gather all the measurements needed to produce accurate, to-scale drawings. It also gave our team the opportunity to discuss their requirements, one key factor being the need for the extension to perfectly match the existing projection.
From here, we began the approval process. We submitted planning permission applications and liaised with building control on our client’s behalf, both of which were quickly approved, allowing the project to begin without delay.
Once the project had commenced, we remained in communication with structural engineers and contractors throughout, ensuring that each stage stayed on track.
