Project Brief
We’ve had the privilege of working closely with our client on an incredible property in a top-secret location. Their vision was clear from the outset: to create their forever home through an extensive full-house renovation. The project scope would involve building both a large double-storey side extension and a single-storey orangery extension, along with a swimming pool and outbuilding to accommodate a home gym. It’s safe to say that this will be a one-of-a-kind property when it’s finished!
- Location: Undisclosed
- Property Type: Large Family Dwelling
- Project Value: 750-950k (ongoing)
- Service(s) Used: Measured survey, building regulation drawings and quarterly project inspections
Our Solution
To begin the project, we carried out a full measured survey of the existing home, which provided us with the necessary information to produce detailed building regulation drawings. These drawings are now being used by the construction team on site to bring the vision to life.
Our team also visits the site every quarter to conduct project inspections, ensuring that each phase is running as planned and offering support as the build progresses. The images below show a sneak peek of the CAD drawings, and as you can see, this project is really is going to be something special once complete.
