Job Type: Architectural Technician/Technologist

Salary: £22k-£24k (dependent on experience)
Location: Northamptonshire

The successful Architectural Technician/Technologist will predominantly be working on residential projects and would need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. The role is office based and will involve working on a variety of projects and reporting directly to the Architectural Director. We are looking for a candidate that is driven, hardworking, motivated and is looking to progress their professional career within an exciting new role.

Key duties for the Architectural Technician role

Working on a number of residential projects including extensions, new builds, conversions and renovations
Producing detailed construction / planning drawings and reports
Producing building regulations drawings and specifications
Producing planning applications
Liaising with clients directly

Essential skills for the Architectural Technician role

Be able to work under pressure and work to deadlines
Be able to answer email and verbal technical queries
Minimum 2 years experience within a UK based practice
Proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Highly motivated with great attention to detail
Experience within the residential and/or commercial sector
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK Driving licence and own transport.

Remuneration

Salary – £22k-£24k (dependent on experience)
Holidays – 20 days plus bank holidays
